    • The Tuxedo Club internship program is designed to provide future PGA Professionals with a hands-on, practical learning experience in both golf operations and professional golf tournament management. The Program offers candidates the opportunity to gain the supervised work experience necessary to achieve PGA of America Membership, as well as the knowledge and experience to become future Assistant Golf Professionals.

  • Seeking paid instructors to collaborate on a startup, traveling, virtual golf company based in Manhattan. We provide a variety of golf experiences in buildings and offices throughout the city, ranging from individual and group lessons, golf leagues, and happy hours.

  • Position: Assistant Professional 

    • Date: Flexible as far as short seasonal ( late April-mid Sept) or longer (mid April-Oct)

    • Description: involved with all facets of the golf operation. Teaching a large part of the role but will also be involved in tournament ops, pro shop functions, inventory and fittings, Jr. golf, playing with members. Candidate must be personable and out going in order to be successful. An "old school" position with involvement in all golf areas.

    • Financials: A large part of the package will be the individuals success in teaching. Easily able to generate $20,000-$35,000 in lessons if a good fit in the position. Weekly salary will also be involved and will be commensurate with experience. Outing and club repair income also possible. Depending on length of service chosen, the right candidate capable of earning $50,000+ in 25-32 weeks.

    • Other Benefits: playing privileges, meals while on duty, clothing, possible health ins if working qualified number of weeks for eligibility
 
  • Position: Golf Shop Manager
    • Description: Position will be involved in all facets of the Golf Shop operation including sales, merchandising, orders and follow ups, phone operations, scheduling of lessons and tee time requests, purchasing, and inventory controls.
    • Candidate: Female preferred. Candidate must present a professional appearance, be personable and outgoing, and be a strong welcoming presence in the Golf Shop. Experience helpful but will train. Some computer work. Must be neat, organized, and to be able to multi task easily.
    • Financials: $20.00/hr.  40 hours per week. Must be able to work weekends and holidays. Some weekend time available to be off (negotiable).
    • Time: Position starts April 1 and ends approx Nov 1. ( flexible and negotiable)
